Below are the details of our shipping policy to help you better understand our processes and services.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during busy shopping seasons or due to unexpected delays.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once shipped, delivery estimates are handled by the carrier.
3. Shipping Time and Cost
United States
- Free Shipping over 100$
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 calendar days (after shipment)
- During peak seasons, delivery may take longer due to carrier backlogs.
- Cost: 11$ delivery on orders under 100$
4. Order Tracking
All processed orders include an automated email sent to you with your order tracking number. Should you notice a delay in tracking, please email support@orbify.store and we will kindly assist you.
You can track your order anytime using your tracking link. If the tracking page is not loading, please try an alternate tracker (e.g., 17TRACK) or contact us.
5. Delivery Exceptions
- Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or incorrect/incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
- If tracking is marked Delivered but you can't locate the package, please:

- check around the delivery location (front door/porch, side/back door, mailbox/parcel locker, neighbors/building reception), and
- contact the local carrier/post office first to request the delivery scan/GPS confirmation.
- Please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery scan so we can assist with the carrier inquiry.
- If the carrier confirms delivery (including scan/GPS confirmation), the order is considered fulfilled. If the package still cannot be located, the customer must file a theft/misdelivery report with the carrier (and, if needed, local authorities) and cooperate with the investigation.
6. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
7. Missing Tracking Updates / Lost Parcels
- If tracking shows no updates for 10–14 days after entering the destination country, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
- If confirmed lost, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
